Have you ever noticed that you tend to run across meaningful songs or snippets when you most need them? Reading Frog's blog tonight, I saw this:

Frogs are a symbol of removing what doesn’t work in our lives, of getting rid of the people, places, and things that take energy without giving it. They’re symbolic of finding our voices, of making emotions heard.
