Things I miss about home

1. corn fields stretching as far as the eye can see
2. quiet, cool basements

4. a slower pace, a simpler life
5. knowing the back roads like the back of my hand
6. spending time with people who have known me for my entire life
7. being able to identify which family lived in every house on my street
8. exploring out of sight corners of my little town
9. the old library that was my home away from home
