I'm back from a lovely weekend spent in Missouri, and wishing you a Happy Halloween!
I will post pictures from the most excellent trip, including some of leaves of varied and beautiful colors one does not see in Texas, as soon as I can locate the tiny but oh-so-important cord that links my camera to the computer for photo transfer purposes. Besides seeing amazing scenery, I spent the time with dear friends I have known since childhood, and there are few things better than that.
[UPDATE]: I found the cord! Here's a sample of the pictures to come:

Brett, glad you like the pic! As a Texas resident, I don't often see leaves like this and you will see from the whole post, which is now finished, that I reveled in the experience!
