My Hometown

No, not New York, silly! My other hometown . . . back in Illinois.

Imagine my surprise to see that someone has photographed and written about an store there that is very familiar to me. It is one of those stores, literally on Main Street, that represents what downtown in a small town used to be. The owner is honest and nice and hard-working. The store is useful and important to the people who live there.
